Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services
Portuguese 4 All bases its operations on transparency and mutual respect. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of both parties in relation to the provision of our teaching services. By enrolling on a course, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Enrolment and Payments
Enrolment: Enrolment is only considered complete once the student registration form has been completed and the enrolment fee (if applicable) has been paid.
Payments: The course fee must be paid in full before classes begin, or in accordance with the agreed instalment plan.
Methods: We accept payments by bank transfer, debit/credit card or MB WAY
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Withdrawals before the course starts: If a student withdraws up to 7 days before the course begins, they will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the amount paid (excluding the enrolment fee).
Withdrawals after the course has started: No tuition fees will be refunded once classes have started, except in cases of force majeure that are duly documented and assessed by the management.
Cancellation by the school: If the school does not reach the minimum number of students required to run a class, the student will be notified and will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Attendance and Regularity
Group Classes: Classes missed by a student are neither refundable nor can they be made up in different classes, unless expressly agreed with the academic coordination team.
Private Lessons (One-to-One): Cancellation or rescheduling of a private lesson must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the lesson will be considered to have taken place and will be invoiced.
Teaching Materials
These materials (textbooks, access to the platform) are for the exclusive use of enrolled students and may not be shared or reproduced without prior authorisation.
Certificates
The award of level completion certificates is subject to a minimum attendance rate of 80% and passing the final assessment tests.
Data Protection (General Data Protection Regulation)
By registering, students consent to the collection and processing of their data for administrative and educational purposes. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we protect this information
Behaviour and Ethics
Portuguese 4 All reserves the right to exclude any student whose behaviour disrupts the normal running of lessons or shows a lack of respect towards other students or teachers.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall refer the matter to the Electronic Complaints Register or to the Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre
