What is the Whistleblowing Channel?
This whistleblowing channel has been set up to enable students, staff, suppliers and partners to report, securely and confidentially, any concerns regarding practices that breach our Code of Ethics, the school’s internal policies or applicable legislation — such as discriminatory behaviour, harassment, fraud or other misconduct.

All communications are treated as strictly confidential.
Anonymity
The whistleblower has the option to make a report completely anonymously.
No Retaliation
Portuguese 4 All guarantees the protection of anyone who, in good faith, reports an irregularity, and prohibits any form of retaliation or discriminatory treatment.
Impartiality
All reports received will be subject to a rigorous and independent review by our compliance team.
How to Report an Issue

Registration
As soon as the report is received, a reference number will be issued so that you can track its status (unless you opt for complete anonymity).
Assessment
Our compliance team will carry out an initial screening to verify the relevance and seriousness of the facts reported.
Investigation
If the facts are confirmed, an internal investigation will be launched, whilst always ensuring the right to be heard and confidentiality.
Answer
An opinion on the outcome of the case will be provided, wherever possible and in accordance with data protection and privacy regulations.
